Skipton RFC are hosting the annual “Skiptens”, a 10 a side competition to be held on Saturday 5th August.This should be a useful bit of pre-season training for us in terms of both improving fitness and sharpening up our skills.
Competition Format
First games 10.30am
Full contact rules apply. 10-minute halves are played
Initial Pool format, followed by a knock out cup and plate competition
