As previous training matches, this will be a combination of return to rugby (which we have been playing at training) and a contact training game for the last part of the session. This means that EVERYONE can play and get involved.

The changing rooms/showers will be open to use after (so bring a towel and clean cloths to get changed into). Ladies/Juniors may not have access to showers.

Meet: 11am at Skipton RUFC (Sandylands Sports Centre, Carleton New Rd, Skipton BD23 2AZ)
Kick Off: 12 noon

Please be at Skipton Rugby Union Ground for 11am or contact Dan Cookson if you need help with transportation.
